These are the latest high-profile sales from McGue, who is the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty broker in the nation. Over the last year, McGue also closed a 10-property portfolio of multi-family properties located in San Francisco and the East Bay for nearly $30 million.

McGue represented both sides of the deal for the sales of 740 Rhode Island Street and 655 Kansas Street, two separate apartment buildings positioned a block away from each other in San Francisco. The buildings closed for $9,025,000 and $9,975,000, respectively. According to McGue, both properties were owned by the same individual seller and were purchased by one single investment group.

“Each of these buildings offers a prime location with stunning views of the Bay, outdoor space, including decks and swimming pools.,” said McGue.
